上句中的 will 是表示命令(command)，相当于 You are required to wait here... 汉语可译为“必须”“一定要”：

英语语法书上说，在时间、条件从句中一般用一般现在时表达将来的意思。为什么在下列条件句中用了将来时呢？ If you will allow me, I will see you home.
句中的 will 并不是表示将来,而是表示意愿,有时则是表示礼貌的请求。这样的用法是很常见的:

If you'll help me, we can finish early. 如果你愿意帮我,我们可以早点儿干完。

If he will pay, I'll go with him. 如果他愿意付钱，我就和他一起去。

If he'll come tomorrow, I'll tell him about it. 如果他明天愿意来,我就把这件事告诉他。

上述各个从句虽然都可以使用一般现在时,但是使用一般现在时就会把意愿的意味或请求的意味取消掉。
虚拟条件句中的 would 和 will 一样,也表示“意愿”。
If they would help us, we could finish early. 如果他们愿意帮助我们,我们能早一点儿干完。
