选 A 和选 C 都是正确的。当 have 作“有”解时，在其附加疑问句中既可以使用 have (has, had) 作助动词（尤其是在英国英语中），也可以使用助动词 do(does, did)。当 have 用于其他含义时，则只能使用助动词 do(does, did)。例如：
