what/how much

由不可数名词表示的事物,当询问其数量时,可使用疑问代词 what,其含义相当于 how much。但是当询问 population, price, speed, depth, width, height, weight 的数量时,只能用 what(参见 population $^{3}$ )。

作 how much 解的 what 还可用作形容词。
