连词 until 可以引出结果状语从句吗？

虽然我国的英语语法著作尚没有提到 until 可以引出结果状语从句,但是有时候 until 引出的从句,从表面上看是时间状语从句,实质上却是结果状语从句或者兼有结果的含义。CGEL 已经明确地提到了这一点。
