reach/arrive

当 reach 和 arrive 后面跟副词 (home, here) 时, 用 reach 与 arrive 都是正确的。但是, 当它们后面跟名词或代词时, 情况就不同了。reach 一般用作及物动词, 后面可以直接跟名词或代词, 而 arrive 是个不及物动词, 必须通过介词 in 或 at 才能与名词或代词发生关系 (关于介词 in 与 at 的区别, 见 arrive $^{1,2}$ )。
