“Did you have trouble with your car this morning?” “Yes, but I finally managed ____.” A. to get starting it B. it to get started
C. to get it started D. getting started it(EPT)
I must get my hair cut. , He got his bicycle repaired. 不知上题中的答案 to get it started 是否指让别人开动了汽车?
-
I am trying to get it published. (Yeats)
-
I can't get the work done by anybody.
-
The farmer got his planting done before the rains came. (ALD)
-
I can't get the car started. (LDCE)
-
Did you get the picture finished all right? (Wilde)
-
And our enemies will say, “See, she couldn’t get anything done!” (Hillary, Living History)
看来,上面考题中的 to get it started 属于此种用法。
-
He got his wrist broken. (ALD)
-
I got my car smashed up in an accident.
-
He got his nose broken playing football. (Websters)
-
I have got my bank involved too far already. (Dan Brown, The Da Vinci Code)
