time作“时代”和“次数”“倍”解时是个可数名词，而作“时间”解时，则只能用作不可数名词。《新英汉词典》和《最新高级英汉词典》等辞书也都是这么注释的。但是，下面的句子却与我所掌握的知识以及辞书上的注释相矛盾：

相对于 space(空间)而言的 time(时间)是个不可数名词,不能与不定冠词连用,也没有复数形式:

但是,有时候 time 表示一个有限的时间段,尤其是两个事件之间的时间段或从事某种活动所需要的时间段以及人生经历的某个特定的时间段。此时,time 可以与不定冠词连用,也可以有复数形式:
