that 从句所表达的是将来事件,为什么要用一般现在时,而不用一般将来时呢?
这是一个很有意义的问题。R.Quirk等人对此问题的解答是很令人信服的。“当主句（以及从句）指将来时间时，名词性that从句和wh-从句往往使用一般现在时；而当主句指现在时间时，从句很可能使用will：

In a few minutes I'll ask him what he wants tomorrow. 过一会儿我问他明天要什么。

The question is what he will want tomorrow." 问题是他明天想要什么。
但他们同时也指出，see(to it)，hope，take care则属于例外的情况。这些动词后面的宾语从句一般使用一般现在时来表示将来时间：
