从原译文来看,似乎是“甲的建议得到了乙的批准”。这是不符合原意的。要知道,a-gree on(upon)并不表示“某甲同意某乙的意见”或“某甲同意某事”,而是表示“两方或多方就某事取得一致意见或达成协议”。因此,主语必须指双方或多方,或者涉及到另一方:

1. I met the new manager today and found that we agreed on basic policies. 今天我见到了新经理,发现我们在基本政策上意见是一致的。

2. Let's try to agree on an approach to the problem. 让我们设法就解决这个问题的方法取得一致意见。
