Where are you travelling to?
有些英语著作明确指出,疑问副词 where 绝不可以与介词连用。因此,我怀疑上句中的 to 是用错了。

我们知道,疑问副词 where 既可以表示处所(位置),又可以表示方向。在表示处所时不与介词连用:
Where do you live? 你住在什么地方？
在表示方向时,有时不与介词连用,有时则与介词 to 或 from 连用:
