从译文行文来看，“出于需要”和“因为需要”，似嫌重复。根据 ALD 和 COD 的解释，of necessity = as a matter of necessity; unavoidably; logically(必然地，必定；不得已；不可避免地)。例如：

随着春节即将到来，运输必将更加繁忙。

我认为这是不符合英语语法的。of which the details 是否系 the details of which 之误？
上面的 of which the details 是符合英语语法的。在英语里,这种在定语从句里起定语作用的 of which 结构有时可以放在它的中心词之前,如同 whose 那样:
the investigation of which the results will be soon published... (CGEL)
其结果很快将要公布的那项研究……
但是,这种结构不如 whose results(主要用于非正式语体)和 the results of which 常用。
