I am sure that he will come. 薄冰教授的《英语语法手册》(p.291)认为此类句型中的that从句是宾语从句，而张道真教授的《实用英语语法》(p.490)则认为此类句型中的that从句为状语从句。请说明哪种说法是正确的。
